Healthy oats tikki.. 



Ingredients


Raw Banana boiled n mashed

Grated carrot

Chopped onion

Hara dnia chopped

Masala oats 

1 potato boiled (optional)

Salt

Red chilly powder

Haldi

Chat masala

Milk

Tortillas

Cucumber/tomato/lettuce leaves

Olive oil


Method

Take a bowl add mashed banana..potato.. masalas.. grated carrot..dhania leaves..chat masala..oats..mix it well.. now make desire shape dip it in milk and coat it with masala oats..shallow fry on tawa.. take tortilla crisp it on tawa.. 

Serving acc. To ur confirt can only serve tikki..or u can serve it with burger too..enjoy.. stay healthy stay fit..
